But that doesn’t mean that you aren’t important. Your copy should be a reflection of your business, so we want you to love it too.
During our initial call with you, we try and get a good understanding of your business so we can write in a tone and style that is right for you and your audience.
Occasionally, we don’t get it quite right straight away. That’s why our prices include one set of amendments, so we can add, remove or change sections of the copy to make it right.
And if you really aren’t happy with it, then we’ll rewrite it for you.
We know it can be difficult letting people know you aren’t happy with a service, but we’d rather you tell us and give us a chance to make it right, than walk away with something you don’t want. So be honest – we don’t take offence. Different people like different things and our first drafts might not be to your taste.
